Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and perfect rooms that were ready early in the morning, although they come at a high price. The location is very convenient for both city access and events but slightly off. The dining experience was exceptional but comes at an expensive price.
The hotel offers spacious rooms fitted out very plush, ideal for a wheelchair user with a roll-in shower. The service is incredible supportive with very very nice and qualified people. The location is not the best, quite far from the city center but in a quiet area. The dining experience is exquisite with both continental and Chinese food available until 10.30. The facilities are top-notch.
I must say, the rooms are on the smaller side, but wow, they are very nice, clean, and have such an interesting design! The super shower, comfy beds, and great light features were a huge plus, making it all very cozy and tidy. However, the location may not suit everyone, being a bit far from the center, but it worked for me being close to the University Campus. The service was really helpful, friendly, and polite, even though it did not quite match the level the hotel aspires to. As for the dining, the selection was varied, especially for Asian natives, which was a delight, although I wish they didn't keep running out of food for a 5-star hotel. If you can overlook the slight inconveniences, the modern hotel is definitely worth staying at in Brussels!
